Mission

Women on a Mission Mentoring and Making a Difference, Wommmad, was conceptualized in 2006, however was officially created in 2017 with the sole objective to improve the lives of children. We believe that strong families are the foundation and backbone of communities which in turn makes the world a better place.

This is why we are on a mission to mentor and assist children in their educational goals.

To do this, we create partnerships with women who offer financial and material resources to families in need.  We use our time, experience and knowledge to mentor marginalized children. Our partners are mainly based in Miami, Florida. Our projects are designed to support the children and their families in Jamaica.
